Al2O3-CuO-ZnO 분말제조와 복합재료 분리막의 수소투과 특성평가

Abstract
Nowdays, there is an increasing interest in hydrogen because it is clean and efficient energy source. The most promising methods for high purity hydrogen production are membranes separation such as polymer, metal, ceramic and composites. Recent research in cermet materials for membrane applications has been attracted permeability and selectivity of hydrogen. High purity hydrogen could be production simple process by membrane. Al2O3 has received wide attention, with established use as a catalyst and growing application in structural or functional ceramic materials. In this work, the ACZ, target materials, were synthesized from sol-gel process with aluminum isopropoxide, copper (II) nitrate hemi (pentahydrate) and Zn (II) nitrate hexahydrate, primary distilled water as precursors. Moreover, the organic additives were added to ACZ to increase surface area. Cobalt help to hydrogen dissociation and improved mechanical properties on membrane. Therefore, ACZ-Co composites membrane were prepared by hot press sintering (HPS). The ACZ synthesized powders were characterized by Thermo gravimetry-Differen tialthermal analysis (TG/DTA), X-ray Diffracto meter (XRD), Field-Emmision Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM). The ACZ-based membrane was analyzed to porous surface with increased strength and density because of mixing cobalt. Hydrogen permeability characterized by Sievert's type hydrogen permeation membrane equipment. Hydrogen permeation flux though ACZ/Co and Pd Coated ACZ/Co composite membrane was obtained to 0.0496 mol m-2 s-1 , 0.0776 mol m-2 s-1 , respectively.
