초등교사의 디지털 활용 수업에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석: 대구교육종단연구를 활용하여

Abstract

본 연구는 대구교육종단연구2021의 3차년도 자료를 활용하여 초등교사의 디지털수업 운영에 영향을 미치는 변인을 탐색하였다. 연구결과 교사의 디지털 활용 수업 여부에는 교사의 디지털역량과 수업개선활동 참여가 영향을 미쳤으며, 교사의 디지털 활용 수업설계에는 수업효능감과 디지털 역량이, 교사의 디지털 활용 수업활 동에 있어서는 담임여부, 디지털역량, 수업개선활동 참여, 디지털 환경, 학교평균성취 도가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 2025년에 AI 디지털 교과서가 도입된다는 점을 고려할 때 교사의 디지털 활용 수업에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 변인에 대한 정책적 관심이 필요하다는 것을 제시하였다.

This study explored the variables that affect whether elementary school teachers operate digital classes and the variables that affect the extent of digital technology use in teachers' lesson design and lesson operation processes using the third-year teacher data of the Daegu Education Longitudinal Study 2021. The results of the study showed that the variables that affect teachers' digital utilization classes were teachers' digital competency and participation in lesson improvement activities. In addition, teaching efficacy and digital competency had a statistically significant effect on teachers' digital utilization in the lesson design process, and being a homeroom teacher, digital competency, participation in lesson improvement activities, digital environment, and average school achievement had a statistically significant effect on lesson operation. Considering that AI digital textbooks are scheduled to be introduced to schools in 2025, it was suggested that policy attention is needed on variables that positively affect teachers' digital utilization classes.
