예비유아교사의 학업효능감과 테크놀로지 사용의도 간의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 학업효능감과 테크놀로지 사용의도 간의 관계에서 테크노스트레스의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D시에 소재한4년제 대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 1~3학년 학생 141명이며, 질문지를 통해 자료를수집하고, SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 전반적으로 예비유아교사의 학업효능감이 높을수록 테크노스트레스가 낮고, 테크놀로지 사용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 테크노스트레스가 낮을수록 테크놀로지 사용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 학업효능감 하위요인 중 과제난이도선호와 테크놀로지 사용의도 간의 관계에서 테크노 불확실성의 완전 매개효과가 나타났다. 또한 자기조절효능감과 테크놀로지 사용의도 간의 관계에서 테크노 복잡성의부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사가 최근의 사회적 변화에 따라확대되고 있는 대학에서의 온라인 수업에 적극적으로 참여하고, 향후 유치원 교육현장에서 테크놀로지를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 논의를 제공하고자하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of technostress of pre-service early childhood teachers on the relationships between the academic efficacy and intention to use technology. The subjects of the study were 141 students in the 1st to 3rd grades of the department of early childhood education at a four-year university located in D City, collecting data through questionnaires and analyzing statistics using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results are as follows. First of all, the higher the academic efficacy of pre-service teachers, the lower the technostress, the higher the intention to use technology, and the lower the technostress, the higher intention to use technology. Second, the relationship between preference for task difficulty and intention to use technology has been fully mediated with techno uncertainty. In addition, the relationship between self-regulatory effectiveness and the intention to use technology has been partially mediated by techno complexity. This study aims to provide discussions to help pre-service early childhood teachers actively participate in online classes at universities that are expanding in line with recent social changes and efficiently utilize technology in kindergarten education in the future.
