교사의 인성교육 전문성 측정 도구 개발

Abstract

본 연구는 교사의 인성교육 전문성 측정 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 체계화된 교사의 인성교육 전문성 요소를 활용하여 검사 문항을 개발하고 내용타당도를 검증한 후, 현직 초⋅중등 교사를 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 교사의 인성교육 전문성 척도는 탐색적 요인 분석을 통해 8개 요인 29개 문항으로 추출 및 재정의 되었다. 또한 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 연구자가 설정한 요인 모형이 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 척도는 교사의 인성교육 전문성 신장을 위한 진단 도구로서 활용될 수 있다는 학술적 의미를 갖는다.

This study was conducted with the aim of developing tools for measuring teachers expertise in character education, and to justify it. This study developed the questionnaire of the survey by using the factors of teacher’s expertise in character education in the preceding study. And it was verified in content feasibility through a Delphi survey, and used to survey teachers. As a result, the scale of teacher s character education expertise was extracted and redefined to 29 questions of 8 factors through exploratory factor analysis. In addition, a confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the factor model set by the researcher is supported. The scale developed through this study has an academic meaning that it can be used as a diagnostic tool for the enhancement of the teacher s character education expertise.
