자유학년제 도덕수업 프로그램 연구

Abstract

이 글에서는 자유학년제에서의 도덕교육의 성격과 목표에 대해 논의하고, 자유학년제에서 도덕수업을 운영하는 세 가지 방안에 대해 살펴본 후, 자유학년제 취지를 반영한 도덕수업 프로그램에 대해 제안해보았다. 자유학년제에서의 도덕수업은 진로교육, 혁신교육의 성격과 행복교육, 역량교육의 목표를 지향한다. 따라서 학교 현장의 도덕교사들은 차별화된 자유학년제 수업 구안이라는 과제에 직면하게 된다. 교사의 입장에서 자유학년제 도덕수업 교육과정 개발은 창작, 재구성, 채택의 방식으로 이루어질 수 있는데, 이 중 일반학기 도덕과 교육과정을 재구성하여 자유학년제 수업을 운영하는 경우가 가장 높은 빈도를 차지한다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 일반학기 도덕수업과 자유학년제 도덕수업 간의 낮은 차별성 문제, 교수⋅학습 내용요소 중복문제를 안고 있다. 따라서 교사 수준에서의 교육과정 창작 여건을 보장해주고 도덕과 공동체의 공동 노력에 의한 다양한 자유학년제 수업콘텐츠 개발이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 자유학년제의 취지를 고려하여, 학생의 참여와 실천을 보장하고, 이를 토대로 학생의 진로탐색을 강화하는 데에 초점을 둔 도덕수업 프로그램으로 사회적 쟁점에 대한 도덕적 토론, 사회적 참여를 위한 도덕적 캠페인, 진로탐색을 연계한 프로젝트 수업을 제안하였다.

In this article, we discussed the characteristics and goals of moral education in the free learning year system, and examined three ways to manage moral education in the free learning year system. In addition, a moral class program that reflects the purpose of the free learning year system was proposed. Moral education in the free learning year system aims at the goals of career education, innovation education, happiness education, and competency education. Therefore, moral teachers must create differentiated free-grade classes. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the conditions for the creation of the curriculum for teachers and to develop various free grade class content through the joint efforts of the moral education community. In this study, a class program was proposed to increase student participation and to explore their own career path. It is a moral discussion on social issues, a moral campaign for social participation, and a project class for career exploration.
