도덕적 의사결정을 위한 넛지 활용 방안 연구: 기부행위 고취를 위한 도덕교육을 중심으로

Abstract

이 글에서는 사람들의 올바른 의사결정을 유도하기 위해 최근 공공 영역에서 많이 활용되고 있는 넛지에 대한 도덕교육에의 접목 가능성과 그 방법에 대해 논의하였다. 이를 위해, 도덕적 의사결정에 관한 합리적 의사결정 모델과 제한적 합리성 모델을 비교해보고, 넛지가 기반하고 있는 제한적 합리성 모델의 관점에서 제기된 직관적 의사결정의 편향 문제를 짚어보았다. 그리고 그러한 심리적 편향에 대해, 편향을 제거하기 위한 도덕교육과 편향을 활용하기 위한 도덕교육으로 구분하여 접근할수 있음을 제안하였다. 그리고 현상유지 편향, 감정 편향, 이야기 편향 등을 활용한 도덕교육의 가능성을 타진해 보았다. 이러한 논의를 통해, 도덕교육에서의 넛지 활용 방안을 기부행위 고취를 위한 도덕교육 차원에서 논의하였다.

In this article, we discuss the possibility of incorporating nudge into moral education, which is widely used in the public sphere recently, in order to induce people to make the right decision. To do this, we compare the rational decision model and the limited rationality model for moral decision making and point out the bias problem of intuitive decision making from the viewpoint of the limited rationality model on which Nudge is based. And we proposed that moral education to eliminate bias and moral education to utilize bias can be approached for such psychological bias. And I tried to explore the possibilities of moral education using the status quo bias, emotional bias, and story bias. Through these discussions, we discussed moral education in terms of moral education for raising donation consciousness.
