교육 평가에 대한 예비교사들의 인식 탐구 - 영화 <4등>에 대한 예비교사들의 비평적 에세이를 대상으로 -

Abstract

이 글은 교육 평가에 대한 예비교사들의 인식을 분석하는 것을 연구 목표로 삼는다. 이를 위해 사범대학교 국어교육과 4학년 예비교사들에게 정지우 감독의 영화 <4등>(2010)을 감상한 후 교육 평가에 대한 자신의 생각을 담은 비평적 에세이를 작성하도록 하였다. 그 결과 수합된 에세이를 분석하는 방식으로 예비교사들의 인식을 조사하였다. 교육 평가에 대한 예비 교사들의 인식 범주는 예비교사들의 비평적 에세이를 수합한 후 내용 분석 하는 방식을 통해 도출하였다. 그 결과 교육 평가에 대한 예비교사들의 인식 범주를 크게 교육 평가에 대한 문제의식과 제안으로 나누고, 이를 다시 문제의식의 대상과 제안의 예상 청자로 설정된 평가 제도, 학부모, 교사 항목으로 나누어 분석하였다. 이 연구는 그동안 충분히 탐구되지 못하였던 예비 문학교사들의 목소리를 질적으로 경청하고, 그들의 교육 평가관이 가진 통찰력과 의미를 교육 평가의 방향 설계를 위한 주요한 자원으로 수용 하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

This paper aims to analyze the perceptions of pre-service teachers about educational evaluation. In order to solve this problem, the researcher was asked to appreciate to the movie 4th place (2010) directed by Jung Ji-woo to 4th grade students in Korean language education college. The researcher then asked the students to write a critical essay that included their thoughts on the evaluation of the education. By analyzing the collected essays, the researchers investigated the perception of the pre-service teachers. The pre-service teacher s perceptions of educational evaluation were derived inductively by the method of qualitative content analysis through the data. As a result, pre-service teacher s perception of education evaluation was divided into problem consciousness and suggestion about education evaluation. This was analyzed by the evaluation system, the parents, and the teacher items, which were set as the object of the consciousness and the prospect of the proposal. This study sought to listen to the voices of pre-service teachers who had not been fully explored. This study has significance in that it accepts the insights and meanings of pre-service teacher`s perception about educational evaluation and uses it as a major resource for designing direction of educational evaluation.
