학교교육역량 강화를 위한 교원연수 모형 제안 * : 혁신학교 참여교사의 경험탐색을 중심으로

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 학교교육역량 강화를 위한 교원연수모형을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 혁신학교에서 근무하고 있는 초중등 교사를 대상 으로 개념도 연구를 실시하였다. 개념도 연구결과 혁신학교에서 학교교 육역량의 경험은 부정적 학교문화, 민주적 리더십, 공동체 관계성, 전문 적학습공동체, 교사개인성찰, 학교교육역량 등 6개 범주로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 교원을 위한 지지와 격려 중심의 연수모형을 제안하였다. 연구결과에 대해 선행연구와 관련하여 논의하고, 연구의 의의와 한계 및후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다

The purpose of this study is to suggest teacher training model for the Enhancement of school competency. In order to deal with this issue, we has studied concept mapping based on elementary and middle school teacher who are working in innovation school. The results of the study showed that the experiences of school competency in innovation school fall into six categories: negative school culture, democratic leadership, community relationship, professional learning community, Teacher s Self-Reflection, school competency. Based on this research, we suggest training model mainly focusing on support and encouragement for teachers. In addition, this paper discusses previous researches done on the topic and offers suggestions for a followed up study.
