창의적 문제해결력을 기르는 실과 교과서의 개발 모형에 관한 연구

Abstract

연구자는 실과 교과서 개발 모형을 국정교과서와 검인정 교과서에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 이상적 연구개발형 교과서로 기획 준비 단계, 연구 개발 단계, 집필 편찬 단계, 심의 평가 단계의 4단계로 구안하였다. 첫째, 기획 준비 단계에서는 실과 교과서를 개발하는 데 있어 요구 분석과 개발 계획을 수립하는 단계이다. 둘째, 연구 개발 단계는 외국의 실과 교육을 분석하고 학교 현장의 실태를 분석하여 교과서 집필 지침을 마련하는 단계이다. 셋째, 집필 편찬 단계에서는 실과 교과서 집필세목을 확정하고 단원별 실과 교과서를 집필하는 단계이다. 단원별 원고를 집필하며 삽화 및 사진을 구성하고 집필진 협의회를 통하여 원고본을 반복적으로 수정하고 보완하는 단계이다. 넷째, 심의 평가 단계에서는 현장의 교사와 학생을 대상으로 타당도를 검증하는 단계이다. 연구자는 교과서 개발 모형의 평가진을 타당하게 구성하기 위하여 평가자가 교과서 분야에 대한 전문성이 있고 실과 교과서 개발에 참여한 전문가, 일반 교과서 개발 전문가, 교사가 포함되도록 7명으로 구성하였다. 이 연구에서 개발된 창의적 문제해결력을 기르기 위한 초등학교 실과교과서 개발 모형은 다음과 같은 특징을 가졌다. 첫째, 실과 교과서 개발 모형을 국정교과서와 검인정교과서에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 이상적 연구개발형 교과서로 기획 준비 단계, 연구 개발 단계, 집필 편찬 단계, 심의 평가 단계로 구안하였다. 둘째, 실과 교과서 개발 모형의 집필 편찬 단계의 타당성이 4.21로 가장 높았고, 연구 개발 단계의 타당성의 평균이 4.14로 그 다음이며, 교과서 개발 단계 중에서는 심의 평가 단계의 타당성의 평균이 3.50으로 가장 낮았다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the validity of development of model of practical arts textbook development for Creative Problem Solving Abilities. The procedure for the development of the practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities is composed of 4 steps; the planning and preparation stage, the research and developmental stage, the writing and compilation stage and the deliberation and improvement stage. This procedure for the development of a textbook can apply to both government published textbooks and to authorized textbooks. The validity of the writing and compilation stage’s practical arts textbook developed model is the highest at 4.21, followed by the research and developmental stage’s average, at 4.14. Among the textbook’s stages of development, the importance of the deliberation and improvement stage averages the lowest, at 3.50.
