내러티브 사고에 기초한 스토리텔링 생물학습프로그램 개발

Abstract

내러티브 사고가 배제된 기존의 과학교육은 학습 내용에 대한 맥락적 이해를 어렵게 했다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 내러티브 사고에 기초한 스토리텔링 학습프로그램을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 이 연구에서는 교육과정 분석을 바탕으로 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 하는 12종의 스토리텔링 자료가 개발되었다. 학습프로그램은 퀘스트 스토리텔링으로 구성되었다. 각 퀘스트를 해결하는 과정에서 조사, 토의, 실험 등의 다양한 학습활동이 이루어지도록 설계했다. 스토리텔링 학습프로그램의 개발과 적용은 학습자들의 내러티브 사고를 신장시키는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The science education which excluded narrative thinking has restricted contextual understanding about learning contents. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop storytelling learning program on the basis of narrative thinking. In this study, we developed twelve kinds of storytelling materials for middle school students on the basis of curriculum analysis. The learning program was composed of quest storytelling. We designed various learning activities which included investigation, discussion, and experiment in the process of solving each quest. The development and application of storytelling learning program will contribute to expanding learners’ narrative thinking.
