포트폴리오 평가 문식성 진단을 위한 기준 개발

Abstract

이 연구는 중등학교 국어 수업에서 읽기 포트폴리오 평가를 활용하는 교사들에게 유용한 진단 기준을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 읽기 포트폴리오 평가는 학생들의 실제적인 읽기 능력을 타당하게 평가할 수 있는 유용한 평가 도구이다. 또한, 장기적인 계획을 통해 학생들의 읽기 활동 전반에서의 체계적이고 누적적인 평가 결과의 산출을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 읽기 포트폴리오 평가의 본질을 이해하고 이를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 국어 교사의 평가 문식성이 강하게 요구된다. 읽기 포트폴리오 평가 문식성은 국어 교사가 읽기 영역의 평가를 계획하고 실행하는 과정에서 필요한 지식, 기능, 태도를 포괄하는 개념이다. 따라서 본고에서는 국어 교사에게 필요한 읽기 포트폴리오 평가 문식성의 필요성을 살펴보고, 이러한 평가 문식성을 구성하는 범주와 세부적인 기준들을 중심으로 진단 문항을 제시하였다.

This study is aimed at suggesting the useful examination standards for teachers who use reading portfolio assessment in Korean language class of middle school. The reading portfolio assessment is the useful to assess the authentic reading skill of students appropriately. In addition, it is aimed at producing the systematic and accumulative assessment result throughout students' reading activities through long-term plan. Therefore, the assessment literacy of Korean language teachers is heavily required to understand the essence of reading portfolio assessment and perform it efficiently. The reading portfolio assessment literacy is the concept including the knowledge, functions and attitudes, which are needed in the process of planning and performing the reading skill assessment. Therefore, this study examined the necessity of reading portfolio assessment literacy which is required for Korean language teachers, and suggested the check-up lists around the categories consisting the assessment literacy and detailed standards.
