중국 소수민족 전통희극의 현대적 변용 - 1차 국가급 무형문화유산 목록을 중심으로

Abstract

This study gives an outlook on 7 dramas of ethnic minorities in the primary list of Chinese intangible cultural heritage and presents the condition of their modernization. China is making the list of intangible cultural assets at the national level to include not a few cultures of ethnic minorities and renew identity as a multiracial country. In the primary list, particularly, 7 dramas of ethnic minorities are all distributed in the southwestern part, which agrees with the goal of increasing economic effectiveness by making intangible cultural heritage tourist products. In particular, since ethnic minority regions economically hag behind other areas, attention should be paid to protection and transmission of intangible cultural heritage so as not to perceive it as a ``means`` of generating economic added value. Other modern aspects of traditional dramas for ethnic minorities include creation and reorganization of new drama lists, combination with festivals, establishment of drama schools, academic research activities, and legal protection.
