중국 기층정치에 있어서 사회적 자본

Abstract

중국에서 기층조직의 사회적 자본은 중요한 개념이며 현상이다. 중국정치분야에서 많은 학자들은 사회적 자본과 경제발전의 관계에 주목하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국의 사회적 자본의 종적인 네트워크와 수평적인 네트워크에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 또한 도시지역에서 사회적 자본의 역할에 대하여 주로 다루며 경제개혁과정에서 중국의 기층조직은 변화를 보여주고 있다. 종적인 네트워크와 비교하여 도시사회의 수평적 네트워크는 긴밀한 협력과 신뢰를 유지하는 경향을 가지고 있다.

The Social Capital and the lower level of Adminstration in China have become one of the most important phenomenon and concept. Many scholars majoring Chinese politics have realized the relationship between social capital and economic development and began to study social capital in detail. This paper is designed to explore situations of social vertical and horizontal network, as an important of social capital in contemporary China. Also, this study mainly focuses on the role about social capital in urban area. China's low administration level is changing in the wake of market-oriented economic reforms. Compared to social vertical network, social horizontal network in urban society has a stronger tendency to maintain close cooperation and trust.
